@UseLemfi I’ve had ₦4,274,500 restricted in my LemFi account since 2 December 2025 due to an “ongoing review.” It has now been over 50 days, with no resolution and no timeline provided, despite multiple escalations and calls. This has left my finances completely on hold.

My LemFi NUBAN is issued via Paga, as shown in the app (“Account services provided by Paga”). Paga has confirmed LemFi controls the restriction, while my funds remain inaccessible.

For context, CBN Consumer Protection guidelines indicate 14 days for account management issues. I escalated this to LemFi directly, then to the CBN Consumer Protection Unit, yet the restriction remains unresolved. @cenbank

I’ve repeatedly received the same response: “Please exercise patience; the review is ongoing.” While I understand compliance reviews, indefinite timelines without access to personal funds are not reasonable, especially after this length of time.

Does @cenbank still work ? I have been reporting @UseLemfi inefficiencies for the past 56days and all I keep receiving are automated generic responses. I have also sent multiple emails to the consumer protection unit of the @cenbank but no follow ups.
