@MEXC_Official, I need urgent assistance with a long-standing deposit issue. Since December 2024 and throughout 2025, I have repeatedly contacted support about 1,779 XRP I sent from my Ledger wallet to my MEXC account using the wrong memo. Across multiple tickets, I’ve already provided: • Full on-chain transaction details • Ledger Live screenshots • An official Ledger Proof-of-Ownership (the only authority for a self-custody wallet) Despite this, MEXC Support Centre continues requesting an “authority letter” that cannot be issued in the UK and does not exist for non-custodial wallets. This has made progress impossible, even after months of communication. I am requesting direct escalation to the Wallet Operations / Technical Team so my funds can be recovered. MEXC is a fraudulent exchange! @MEXC_Official We have reported about this in the past as well. We know a user whose 400k remains frozen close to a year now. She has provided all necessary info and being ignored. They tried to contain the damage when they had a chick representing them publicly but she seems to have given up on that. If you’re aware of any senior officers at MEXC do a public good and doxx them publicly.

MEXC HAS FROZEN MY $300,000 AND DEMANDED 40% TO RELEASE IT MEXC locked my account holding approx. $300,000. I fully complied with their verification process and submitted every document they requested. Days later, their support lead contacted me directly on my registered phone number and demanded 40% of my funds in exchange for unfreezing my account. This is unacceptable. I have filed complaints, yet my account remains frozen and my funds are still being withheld. WhiteWhale exposed serious issues with MEXC months ago, but not enough people paid attention. How many more users need to be affected before this is taken seriously? I am calling on everyone: Repost this. Share your experiences. Delete the MEXC app. Drop screenshots below. Let MEXC and its CEO “TT” know that the community will not stay silent while users are being mistreated. We will not allow this to continue.

@eurofounder German law makes employers, not employees, responsible for compliance with working-time regulations. If illegal overtime occurs, the company can face fines (up to €30,000). Firing someone to “protect” the employer would likely fail in a labour court.

I had to fire my best employee today Anna, six years with us, never late, clients loved her But she betrayed my trust in the worst possible way Yesterday I left the office at 4:30pm, as required by German law I noticed I forgot my jacket. Came back at 5:50pm Anna was still there "What the hell are you doing?" I asked her "Finishing the report, sir, it's due tomorrow" My heart sank One hour and twenty minutes of illegal overtime. Right there in front of me This morning I called her in "Anna, you know why you're here" "The report? Client loved it. We got the contract" "I don't care about it. You violated German labor law. You are fired" She started crying, I called security to walk her out Still can't believe she did this to me. Horrible woman

@ItsAnonApe @MEXC_Official Last year, I sent funds to the wrong MIMO XRP address and contacted MEXC immediately with full proof. The response was a flat refusal — no recovery process, no escalation, no transparency. As a result, my trust in MEXC is completely gone.
