Excitement is building as the brand new, ‘Mega Greggs’ is set to open its doors in Southend – becoming the fourth Greggs on the High Street. The new store is bigger than the other locations, giving fans more space to sit inside and even more choice of the bakery favourites – from sausage rolls and steak bakes to pizzas, sandwiches and sweet treats. The bakery chain has moved into the former Post Office unit next to Burger King. Previous plans for a Turtle Bay restaurant and then a Black Sheep Coffee shop at the unit were scrapped. And with the new store having late night opening up to 11pm, people will be able to get their Greggs fix in the evening too. Are you excited for the new Greggs?
