President Trump says the U.S. is prepared to approve a civilian nuclear agreement with Saudi Arabia that bans uranium enrichment and limits the program to peaceful, non-military use. No. This does not merge the militaries. Its a technology sharing agreement. We've had these for decades with other countries going back to WWII.
You can think its bad to do this with Israel, but it's not a merging of the military.

It gives another country some control over our military.

@Fythujbbvfhbgt @_AmandaKerri We’re already dependent on other countries for the rare earths used in the vast majority of military tech. We sell weapons to other countries, and if you physically have the hardware there’s not much stopping you from reverse engineering it.

It also gives another country unprecedented access to our technology.
It's not a simple intelligence sharing program.
