@JoeBenjamin_ First 30 days after launch I did ~$4k in rev @ $197/m I did ~$15k rev the first 3 months. It was a lot of manual work adding access and removing access to the g sheet so I build a simple web app to manage everything.

I launched my boring niche version of zoominfo with ~10k leads on a google sheet at the end of Aug 2022... I cold emailed prospects and if they were interested sent them a stripe payment link.. After payment they requested access to the g sheet.. That was my mvp..
