.@brendandunne I doubt you see this, let alone respond, but what recourse do we as customers have with @stockx when they allow a sale to go thru, but then hold the money on a verification of ID fail. Why even let the sale proceed before the ID is validated?

.@Shopify So stores that sell counterfeit goods are on in The Shop App. Are there no safeguards in place to promote legitimate sites and suppress sites that sell counterfeit goods? Also since big brands are actively going after such sites, does that make Shopify complicit?

@ShopifySupport I honestly believe the problem is bigger than a single user reporting a site that “might” be violating your policies. This deserves a top down review of sites allowed to promote products using your platform.
