Absolutely gut-wrenching news from Satna, Madhya Pradesh.
A mother alleges that during a surgery for kidney stones, doctors (named as Dr. Pushpendra Singh & Dr. Pathak) removed both of her child's kidneys.
The family claims the doctors called it a "mistake," but this is a life-altering catastrophe.
How does a stone removal turn into a double nephrectomy?
This is beyond negligence… it is a horror.
We demand an immediate, high-level probe into this medical facility and the surgeons involved.
Justice for the child and his mother is non-negotiable.

🚨 ROME HAS FALLEN
For the first time ever, the Vatican has built a Muslim prayer room inside its Apostolic Library.
While Christians are banned from Mecca, while no church stands in Saudi Arabia, and while Europe’s cathedrals are being turned into mosques, Pope Leo XIV rolls out prayer rugs in the heart of Rome.
He’s doing it side-by-side with Amy Pope, the UN’s migration chief and former Obama insider, who runs a billion-dollar machine moving “refugees” across the West.
Together they preach “compassion” — but it’s really globalism disguised as faith.
The UN engineers the migration. The Vatican blesses it. And Western civilization pays for it.

He was just a 16 year 4 months old boy when he had to marry this 25 year old woman under compulsion
He filed for annulment of marriage
She sought maintenance from him
He told the court he's an engineering student dependent on pension of his widow mother himself
He is 22 year old today and the woman is 31
But the court said even a daily wage labourer earns 12K, 18K so why can't he and that being a student is no excuse not to pay maintenance
Widow pension his mother receives is 3000
Maintenance he now needs to pay is 2500. Which means he must earn while attending his college. But this 31 year old woman can't as per our courts
Absolutely the GREATEST laws of our country

Delhi Police busted a fake Sensodyne toothpaste unit, seizing 130 kg of fake harmful chemical paste and thousands of tubes (see images). An exact copy of the original!
Earlier, fake products were crude copies with lookalike names (Adidas-Abibas), sold by small shopkeepers, so informed buyers could spot them easily. Now, scammers are producing identical replicas and selling them on e-commerce platforms as genuine products.
What’s real and what’s fake, no one can say for sure. Wish we need a reliable agency to verify them and make us feel safe.

Elderly people will repeat the same thing again and again.
They will ask you the same questions again and again.
Kindly be patient....hear them as if you are hearing it for the first time. Answer them as if you are replying for the first time.
We all will reach that stage as well....we all would want to be heard and replied to with patience and affection.

What if a bank didn’t store money — but kindness in hours?
In Chandigarh, a unique “Time Bank” is helping elderly citizens who live alone. Instead of depositing money, members deposit time.
Here’s how it works:
A volunteer spends time helping a senior — maybe accompanying them to the doctor, helping with errands, or simply sitting and talking so they don’t feel lonely. The hours they give are recorded in a digital passbook. Later, when they or their family need help, they can withdraw those same hours of service.
Started in 2019 with just 5 members, the initiative has now grown to over 450 volunteers across the city.
As founder P.C. Jain explains to ETV Bharat News;
“The sole purpose is to support the elderly and promote a spirit of cooperation in society.”
No membership fee. No money exchanged.
Just people giving time — and restoring dignity to ageing lives.
Would you join a bank that runs on kindness?

The "Headache" that kills in 24 hours.🧵
As a doctor, this is the one diagnosis that genuinely scares me. Bacterial Meningitis doesn't give you days to "wait and see." It gives you hours. By the time you realize it's not just a flu, it’s often too late.
👉Stop scrolling and memorize these 3 clinical red flags:
1. The Fused Neck: This isn't a "stiff muscle" from sleeping wrong. If you have a fever and literally cannot touch your chin to your chest - that is Nuchal Rigidity. It’s an emergency. Period.
2. The "Glass Test" Rash: If you see tiny purple pin-pricks on the skin, press a clear glass firmly against them. If the spots don't fade/disappear under the glass, your blood is leaking. That’s Septicemia. Run to the ER.
3. Agonizing Photophobia: It’s not just "bright lights are annoying." It’s a physical, painful wince at a smartphone screen or a bedside lamp.
👉How to actually stay safe?
1. Mask up in crowds: It’s a respiratory drop infection. If there’s an outbreak in your school/hostel, a mask is your best friend.
2. Stop sharing everything: Vapes, spoons, water bottles, cigarettes. If their saliva is on it, the bacteria is on it.
3. Hygiene: Wash your hands like your life depends on it.
4. Vaccines: Check your records for MenACWY/MenB when you have a minute. It’s the ultimate insurance policy.

🫀 Key Cardiac Risk Markers You Shouldn’t Ignore
Heart attacks in 20s & 30s are becoming frighteningly common.
Fit on the outside ≠ Healthy on the inside.
Here’s how to investigate early & prevent silent cardiac risk 👇
🔴 1. Lipid Profile is just the beginning
Check more than just total cholesterol.
✅ LDL (bad cholesterol)
✅ HDL (good cholesterol)
✅ Triglycerides (TG)
✅ VLDL
🔍 Ideal:
• TG < 100
• HDL > 50
• LDL < 100
• TG/HDL ratio < 2
🔴 2. ApoB & ApoA1 – Better than LDL
🔸ApoB = Number of artery-clogging particles
🔸ApoA1 = Protective particles
✅ Ideal ApoB < 90
✅ ApoB/ApoA1 Ratio < 0.6
This is a stronger predictor of heart disease than LDL alone.
🔴 3. Lp(a) – The silent genetic risk
🔸Not tested in basic reports
🔸Genetically inherited
🔸Can increase heart attack risk even if other markers are normal
✅ Ideal Lp(a) < 30 mg/dL
📌 Test it once in life—even if you’re young.
🔴 4. hsCRP – Inflammation matters
🔸High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein
🔸Marker of chronic low-grade inflammation
✅ Ideal < 1.0 mg/L
🔥 Chronic inflammation silently damages arteries.
🔴 5. Homocysteine – B12 & Heart Link
🔸Elevated in B12/folate deficiency
🔸Promotes clotting & damages blood vessels
✅ Ideal < 10 µmol/L
📌 If high, correct B12, folate, B6 levels.
🔴 6. Fasting Insulin & HOMA-IR
🔸Most missed test. Insulin resistance often starts years before diabetes.
✅ Fasting insulin < 6
✅ HOMA-IR < 1.5
📌 Even with normal sugar, high insulin = silent metabolic risk.
🔴 7. CAC Score (Calcium Score CT)
🔸Non-invasive scan to detect early plaque in coronary arteries
🔸Score 0 = very low risk
🔸Higher scores = hidden artery blockage
📌 Highly recommended if you have family history or are >35 with risk markers.
🧠 Prevention is not just avoiding junk food.
It’s about testing early and tracking the real markers of silent cardiac risk.
✅ Don’t wait for chest pain.
✅ Don’t assume fitness = health.
✅ Investigate > Guess
✅ Act early = Live longer

If a dog bites then next steps:
Dog bite. Vaccination status unknown. Treat it as rabies exposure until proven otherwise.
1) Start with the wound. Immediately.
•Wash under running water + soap for at least 15 minutes
•Do not be gentle. Mechanical washing saves lives
•Apply povidone-iodine or chlorhexidine after washing
•Avoid tight suturing unless necessary (and preferably delayed)
2) Assess exposure (this decides urgency)
Category II – scratches, minor bites without bleeding
Category III – bites that break skin, bleeding, saliva on mucosa
Unknown dog = assume Category III if any doubt
3) Rabies prophylaxis (do not delay)
Rabies vaccine (PEP)
Start immediately, day 0.
Common schedule:
•Day 0, 3, 7, 14 (± day 28 depending on protocol)
Do not wait for symptoms.
Once symptoms appear, rabies is almost always fatal.
Rabies Immunoglobulin (RIG) : for Category III
•Infiltrate into and around the wound
•Any remaining volume IM at a distant site
•Given once, on day 0
This provides immediate passive immunity while vaccine builds response.
4) Tetanus prophylaxis
•Give tetanus toxoid if not up to date
•Add tetanus immunoglobulin if high-risk wound and uncertain history
5) Antibiotics (dog bites are dirty wounds)
Common choice:
•Amoxicillin-clavulanate
Covers:
•Pasteurella
•anaerobes
•skin flora
6) Observe the dog (if possible)
•If the dog remains healthy for 10 days, rabies risk is low
•If the dog becomes ill or dies → continue full treatment without hesitation
7) What NOT to do
•Do not ignore “small” bites
•Do not rely on home remedies
•Do not delay vaccine waiting for lab confirmation
Bottom line
In suspected rabies exposure,
time = survival.
Wash aggressively.
Start vaccine immediately.
Add immunoglobulin when indicated.
Everything else is secondary

That is why, from both biological and emotional perspectives, marriages tend to be more stable and fulfilling when the husband is at least 5–6 years older than the wife.
This pattern existed across virtually all civilisations until very recently, helping make the institutions of marriage and family remarkably stable.
This age difference often aligns with complementary maturity levels, life-stage readiness, protective-provider dynamics rooted in evolutionary biology, and emotional complementarity. Almost all elderly couples (including me and my wife) describe these factors as deeply supportive.
