This crisis highlights a deeper question: which economic and logistical networks can continue to function under pressure - and which will not? Countries like the UAE show how resilient infrastructure can sustain connectivity even in times of instability. At the same time, initiatives like IMEC reflect a broader shift toward diversified regional networks built to withstand shocks.
