Turkana County allegedly blew KSh 22.8 BILLION on just FOUR law firms... for cases that don’t even exist, according to Citizen TV news. 22.8 BILLION. In a county where people are literally battling drought and starvation. Let that sink in. Children are hungry. Families are struggling. But billions are being wired out for “ghost cases.” And then you see the same governor on TV, crying, begging for more money. More money for what exactly? Even more insulting? The governor reportedly lives comfortably in Nairobi... far away from the suffering. This is not mismanagement. This is not incompetence. This is LOOTING. Organized. Calculated. Shameless. And now governors are refusing to appear before PAC. Of course they are. Because the numbers will expose everything. At this point, we need to be honest with ourselves: Did we devolve power… or did we just decentralize theft?
