Yesterday afternoon, I addressed the annual @GBCSA Convention in Cape Town, where I announced that the Department of Public Works & Infrastructure has officially joined the Green Building Council of South Africa. We will be leading by example: training our officials as accredited professionals, certifying our buildings, and embedding sustainability into everything we build and manage. Because it’s not only about sustainability — it’s about growing our economy and creating jobs. #LetsBuildSA 💙🇿🇦
