@GCIAK this is the 3d time this month and at least the 100th time over the last year (wish I was exaggerating) every night between 11 and 2 am the network goes down. Sometimes its for a few min, some times it for longer (like tonight, 30 min and counting). Do better.

@GCIAK 745PM -9PM every night our neighborhood has latency issues. At least 3 Technician visits and over a month of unstable internet and support is still asking to restart the modem instead of escalating to network engineers to address congestion for the area. do better GCI

I just got off the phone with Dylan at customer support, he looked at the account, and stated, you have the top tier package, we have no promotions to offer you. Are you serious? So this is my 5th call, I have wasted hours. His exact words, I dont know who Craig is. @GCIAK

Just a reminder that @GCIAK still has my "unlimited" internet throttled to dial up speeds, and after addressing it on social media, they said I could call in and get a "special offer". After calling in, I was told there was no special offer, I could buy a second unlimited line, and that the social media people do not work for @GCIAK

@GCIAK The GCI representative, said the only option, is for me to buy a second internet as Im on the top unlimited plan. So I did, actual unlimited, not GCI unlimited with throttling, from both Starlink and MTA... and irs still cheaper than what you all just offered me on the call.

@GCIAK it’s big 2025 we can’t be having data caps on home internet for how expensive it’s been priced at. You can throttle after 1 tb fine but get rid of the high speed data cap bs. Also how you gonna upgrade the 2nd tier but not the bottom tier. 600-800 but bottom is 250.
