Do not purchase @Asurion @AsurionCares coverages from Guitar Center. It’s been 3 weeks. They misplaced my Rane 4 and last I heard it was in repair. Called to escalate and was told 7-10 business days and they’ll be in touch. Wow, paid all that money and for what.

How can i bond with a guitar when i pick it up to play and it sounds bad and has crappy action? i have had bad experiences with rude employees and being ignored also

@guitarcenter Heads up to mgmt since I imagine they’re forcing this crap. Recently bought an item for <$50 & register dude tried to hard sell insurance. I mean, multiple “nos”, etc. on $50?BS Throw-in item for a dude worth abt $100mil (not me). I like GC but quit wasting my time.

@guitarcenter @solidstatelogic I will say, the output button is missing, so I have to use a pen and its dirty AF. @guitarcenter should have noted that in their listing instead of saying it was all good. At least a discount since there are pristine ones on @reverb for the same price.

Just came in from @guitarcenter! I've wanted one of these since the early 2000's. Why @solidstatelogic doesn't make fully featured 19" channel strips anymore is a mystery to me. This is a beast and worth every penny . Bring em back SSL! A 9000 version and a 4000 version. PLEASE.

@sadstringchs @guitarcenter Don’t make the mistake I did… I am still dealing with the same issue with them 1 month later and they simply don’t care about their customers it seems. If they had any initiative to treat their customers correctly I’d tell you to trust em… but I can’t

@guitarcenter why does your online order system suck? I can't talk to someone in store because they don't answer the phones. You don't have employees to fulfill online orders at the local store level so my items I bought were sold. I am highly considering buying from sweetwater..
