Much needed review of the current state of the literature!

Most exciting: based on 125 reviewed #neuroimaging studies on #drug exposure in rodents the effects of drugs on brain function seem to be dynamic, with the #striatum being upregulated in the first weeks but downregulated later! doi.org/10.1016/j.neub… @UMNeurosci @UMN_MDTA
