@TheQbitty would love to hear some insight to what you think caused the tilt. outside of poor conditions? did you eat, how did you sleep, did you have a good day prior etc. im finding more and more when i tilt it has nothing to do with trading.

Complete transparency 🫣fully went on tilt today. This is exactly why psychology is my #1 focus for 2026. (Which I failed today lol) Lost my Topstep XFAs, which definitely stings. On the flip side, my Tradeify account just unlocked its 5th payout. Grateful… but yeah, the XFA loss hurts more today.

Documenting my final decision: I will take the rest of 2025 and the first week of January 2026 off of trading any live or funded accounts. This would be roughly 3 weeks - 12/20/25 through 1/9/26. There are a few evals I am already working on prior that I am prepared in losing or passing - trying to pass since no activation fees on them and don't want to incur another eval monthly subscription. Lastly, I will take small flip trades so my funded accounts are not breached based on their inactivity rules. I have scaled my prop firm portfolio significantly down. I will keep it this way until further notice. I am a huge advocate and fan of multiple prop firms. I have traded all the ones I talk about, taken payouts from all but 2, but coming to this point in my career, I am not at peak and it doesn't make sense to spend more money during this break/transition. The main goal is by January 9th to feel more like 'myself', to feel and see the detachment from the charts and the want of actively trading all the time, to be more detached from my income and profits. I have other ventures I am pursuing and I personally would love for trading to still be a part of my life, but remind myself that it's just another venture not my whole identity/life - If there are no changes, I will extend this break and see what direction I want to go from there. I will continue to post on this X page. I will continue to post on my YouTube channel long-form videos with updates on my journey as usual, and I do plan on live streaming when I come back from my trip to see family but it may be more focused on backtesting since I am not planning to actively trade until further notice. I will scale down on my social media scrolling time so I can limit my fomo emotions, not compare my journey, and give more presence in the other things I am doing. I have been down this path few times before, I have done things to help me improve, break out, and come back better/stronger than before. Yet this time feels different. I will explain it more on my YouTube video I will record and post this weekend. Thanks for reading this far if you have, and thank you for all the recent feedback.
