Being an employee and being on the board are very diff things. Getting stock options would he a nice incentive no doubt, but it is not owed . I love this guy like that hes formed his own Opinions 100%, those Opinions do not equal correct or feasible, the concepts hes discussing are theoretical at best and actually dont play out as such in reality. Actually not allowed in any CBA. CBAs are voted on by the players. So they've voted yes for the current system, more than once. As of 2023 players can invest their own money into ownership shares.
