This is def AI generated garbage, but the concept is really good. An actual human artist should take this and make it perfect, ie. having the console be accurate, fixing the dumb AI mistakes, making the lid correct, etc. Someone do it.

@MetroidMike64 Outrun 2 uses the transmission. A quick downshift to throw the back end out, then upshift to hold the drift. These types of mechanics are perfect!

Drifting in Slipstream has you letting go of acceleration (A), quickly press B and return to holding A. Once you get the hang of it, things get fun.

Tech question: this Version 0 Dreamcast isn’t working. When it boots, the startup screen plays in slow motion and there’s massive graphical artifacts on screen flashing in random sequence. I’ve never worked on this board. What’s the problem???

I should add I’m grumpy because apparently the PS Portal doesn’t work if PSN is down, so that’s dumb.
