Holy fuck guys we’re not "pushing hard" for or replacing concept artists with AI. We have a team of 72 artists of which 23 are concept artists and we are hiring more. The art they create is original and I’m very proud of what they do. I was asked explicitly about concept art and our use of Gen AI. I answered that we use it to explore things. I didn’t say we use it to develop concept art. The artists do that. And they are indeed world class artists. We use AI tools to explore references, just like we use google and art books. At the very early ideation stages we use it as a rough outline for composition which we replace with original concept art. There is no comparison. @GGStratto @Strawhatdad_ @RbNChubbz and that was the perfect answer to stop me in my Libertarian tracks. I came from a perspective of dignity and merit, not actually a free market. I can correct what I was saying by I hope the world had better opportunities for meritable people to be successful.

Tbh why try harder than you need to? Stress yourself out more than you need to? They make good money doing something they want to do. No judgement from me. IF they’re comfortable putting themselves out there good for them.

Don't like something, don't support it. I respect anyone who sees an opportunity to get ahead and succeeds, just don't hurt others.

I tend to focus on being a decent human being rather than the dignity of work. But you are right, we do have different perspectives, I respect anyone willing to put in the WORK required to pull themselves up in life, and have less respect for people who blame anyone else like capatlism and global banking cabal for life problems.

I had a phone call with a great old friend @GGStratto last night. It was great to hear from him. A lot of people that know us don't know how our friendship started. We had the most epic game of StarCraft 2, 2v2, and we wound up both base trading and sacrificing our teammates.

@GoldenboyFTW Yeah, being topical can be rough. Especially with games due to patches/hotfixes/comp changes etc. Establish a content schedule and format that isn't gunna kill you early on man! I subbed!

@ChefLuBu_ATL @AskJoshy You can definitely use xacto to clean up left over nubs. I cut close to the piece with my clippers and then use fine grit sand paper to clean up any left overs. Usually though, HG doesn't require a lot of after clipping work.
