MAN ARRESTED NEAR SCHOOL A man has been arrested after an incident near Laleham Primary School and now Spelthorne Borough Council say he was living in a Home Office–supported HMO, apparently without proper risk assessment or communication with local agencies. Parents and the school were left completely in the dark that these men were housed nearby. The council is now demanding answers from the Home Office. A disaster waiting to happen.
