There's an orchestrated campaign to decree Hasan Piker off-limits in decent society by branding him an anti-Semite. What has he said that's anti-Semitic, with full quotes? I've had critiques of Hasan, but this just shows how every influential Israel critic is branded a bigot:

@joshjappel @DelrayMike7 Please don't be that intellectually dishonest. It's a series of quotes from Netanyahu's handpicked Mossad chief saying Israel is imposing "apartheid" on the Palestinians. Other senior Israelis have said the same. That the Guardian is one paper that reported it means nothing.

Someone named Tony Dokoupil, married to an Israeli, angrily berated Ta-Nehisi Coates for his book about the repression of Palestinians in the West Bank, and Bari Weiss thought: "that'd be a great person to make the CBS News anchor and save the show." Just a few months later:

@ButtUglyBabies @Toronto1880 I didn't intend it as an argument. It was a question. He said I had no idea how terrible it is for Jews in Canada, so I was trying to get a sense for how much Jews are suffering in Canada by comparing it to other relevant forms of suffering referenced in the article.

I simply don't believe that Jews are a uniquely persecuted victim group, being "purged" from western power centers like business, media, entertainment politics. It's laughable. Those who get angriest about this spent years mocking victimhood narratives from every other group.

@VinceDaoTV @ryangrim How is it objectively bad? Unless you're claiming you're a very benevolent person and just want to help the people of Cuba (the way we helped the people of Vietnam, Iraq, and Libya), how does the existence of this government in Cuba harm the lives of Americans in any way?

It’s objectively bad for a hostile, pro-Eastern regime to exist there. If we have the ability, we should remove it. Not hard.

Anyone in favor of the US stranglehold on Cuba should listen to this Newsmax interview with @RyanGrim, who just returned from there with harrowing stories. His key question: why do Americans want to dictate who governs Cuba, while forcibly causing Cubans' deaths from no fuel?

I think it's very easy to use the cold bureaucratic term "short-term pain" to describe babies and relatives dying in a hospital for lack of fuel to maintain ventilators if it's not your babies and relatives dying. It's like "collateral damage" to describe the 170 Iranian school girls we vaporized on the first day of the war. But the bigger question: how is it Trump's job to do this? His central campaign promise was he'd focus on the interests of the Forgotten Men and Women: the American working class, the deindustrialized towns, etc. and put America First. Instead we're "fixing" Iran, Venezuela and Cuba? Also, the US does not start wars or impose embargos to "liberate people." We love dictatorships and always have. We have installed and propped up far more tyrants than democracies, and our closest allies continue to be the world's most savage autocrats (Saudi, Egypt, UAE, Rwanda, Uganada, etc. etc.)

Mind blowing revelation. Glenn Greenwald confirms that Richard Nixon and Barry Goldwater both complained on tape that the Israel lobby completely dictates American foreign policy. This is not a conspiracy theory. It is a documented reality admitted by US Presidents.

Absolute bombshell. Glenn Greenwald reveals that in 36 US states you cannot get a government contract unless you sign a pledge promising never to boycott Israel. You can boycott American states or any other country but criticizing Israel is strictly forbidden.

@har26606511 @ryangrim The US Government under Trump has a policy to block oil from reaching Cuba, whether it comes from Mexico, Russia or anywhere else. As a result, they can't keep ventilators on and food is becoming increasingly difficult. Do any of you read about policies before defending them?

@scotthortonshow Yes, tons of USG reports that warn that these kinds of double tap attacks are a hallmark of terrorism. Reading my article from the Obama era, I was just reminded that that was one of the things that made the first WL "Collateral Murder" video so horrifying:

@ggreenwald This sort of "double bombing" in the words of the Department of Justice, was the lowest, degenerate form of murder when Eric Rudolph, the abortion clinic (and Olympic Park) bomber, did it on two separate occasions in 1997. It still is. justice.gov/archive/opa/pr…

Bombing somewhere and then waiting for rescue workers and first responders to show up to also bomb them is called "double tap," and it's a war crime. But it's not unique to Israel. The US did it constantly under Obama for the War on Terror: theguardian.com/commentisfree/…
