@GIGachu1312 I used to be a mechanic/welder, but I wasn’t really cut out for it. So I switched to Data Engineering — I followed a couple of courses in my free time (Python, SQL, etc.) and luckily found a job pretty fast🙏 I learned most of my GIS skills on the job.

@GIGachu1312 No, not yet! I currently work as a GIS Specialist & Data Analyst. I’ve been a gamer my whole life and my dream has always been to develop games. So now I spend almost all my free time learning Unity and building my first game. One day I hope to go full-time🙏

@GIGachu1312 Thanks for the kind words! Consistency is tough, but building clean systems step-by-step always pays off in the end. Good luck with your project—you've got this!

The last couple of days I've been struggling hard with my 2D UI in Unity😫I just can't get it to look right no matter what I try. Does anybody have some good tips or resources for clean 2D UI / Canvas setup? #Unity #GameDev #SoloDev #IndieDev #UI #Idlegame

@spiky9377 Oh this is the kind of thing i keep hearing about but havent fully wrapped my head around yet. Seeing the before and after laid out like this makes ScriptableObjects finally click for me. Cutting iteration time in half sounds amazing

@deepgreengames Splitting the learning map into basics then tactics is such a thoughtful way to ease people in. The hand painted look on that board is gorgeous too. As someone still learning i really appreciate games that teach you gently

@cmp_roger The warehouse lighting is already setting such a mood, that warm glow against the dark wood looks great. Lighting is one of those things i keep underestimating in my own scenes lol, makes a huge difference

@LunarCTbuilder The receptionist also being a real citizen is such a nice touch, those little systemic details are what make a world feel alive. Interiors always look like so much work too, definitely something i wanna get better at

@madchickengames Watching a world come together piece by piece like this is so satisfying. The idea of more lands beyond the main island sounds ambitious in the best way. Still figuring out level design myself so seeing the process is really cool

I’d like to share progress on the world of The Lands of Z from time to time 😊 Slowly filling the island and shaping the world piece by piece. This is only one of the Lands - more are planned beyond the main island. #gamedev #indiedev #unity3d

@kupstudiomain Pinpointing enemies by ear is such a clever idea, never thought of sound being the actual detection mechanic. The soft outline trailing it sounds slick too. Stuff like this makes me realize how much i still have to learn lol
