Possibly my 100th dox, but this one’s different. This one’s 18 kilos lighter. Health took a backseat over the last 2-3 years. Was almost 20 kilos overweight. Unhealthy eating habits. Zero physical activity. Wanted to change this in 2025. Didn’t wanna go to gym because I’ve been scared of it since I hurt my back 5 yrs ago (it still hurts). And that’s where @rishabhkeshan and @WTFxZo came. Shifted back to Blr and was staying at @WTFxZo. Found pickleball SUPER fun and started playing everyday, but this wasn’t because I wanted to loose weight. I was just having fun playing the sport. That’s when @rishabhkeshan literally started forcing me into picking up keto diet and there was no looking back. For the first time in my life I was not having anything sweet everyday. Started loosing weight and it was fun because I had my brother @rishabhkeshan pushing me everyday. We started competing over who would reach 80 kilos first (he won and I’m super proud of him). Played hundreds of hrs of pickleball (fyi- he hasn’t been able to beat me yet 😉). Now after 2 months I’m here. 18 kilos lighter. Still a long way to go and I’m trying to get over my fear of going back to the gym. @WTFxZo played THE BIGGEST ROLE. WTF is this place!? Wake up, walk on the wet grass, work, go to the gym, use the sauna, work, play pickleball (or cricket sometimes), work and sit by the pool at night and just keep on staring at the sky. It’s magical. Absolutely magical.
