@YouTubeLiaison Why do my subscribers get notified when I upload regular <1 min Shorts? I've had multiple people complain to me about it.

3 min Shorts will act like long-form videos for the next little while, as the systems update to handle them as Shorts So, if a sub has the bell set to 'All', they'll get a notification on upload, like a long-form video (When the system is fully updated, they'll work like any other Shorts and never trigger notifications on upload, even for subs with the bell set to 'All', but only 'personalized' if/when the system thinks it's a good time to recommend them over notification)

@VTHistory25 Do you think in 2016 they were under-polling Trump's main demographics and have now corrected (or potentially over corrected) it? Uneducated white Americans for instance seem to have been underpolled in 2016 but then Trump led a lot of them to vote.

For a good apples to apples comparison, on this date in 2016, the CBS poll had Clinton +11 vs. Trump. In 2024, that same poll shows Harris +3. NBC was Clinton +8 in 2016, in 2024 it's a tie.
