Last season @Heineken asked me and @jillscottjs8 to swap Twitter accounts as part of a social experiment to see if men and women are treated differently online . @tim_forte @fhumpires @GoddersSteve “Based on what we had been told members wanted” … I hear this often in my work so understand why you think you’ve done the ‘right thing’ based on ‘evidence’ you have. BUT, the evidence is only as good as the research & based on what you’ve said, this is the cause of the problem.
