We have been working quietly over the past period to assemble and structure a new gold exploration opportunity in Queensland. We are now making that work visible. Gold Mines Australia is focused on identifying and testing district-scale gold systems across the Texas Orocline, applying a structured approach to consolidation, interpretation, and staged exploration. The core idea is simple: many historical goldfields in this region have been explored as isolated occurrences. We are testing whether they form part of larger, continuous mineralised systems. The portfolio currently covers over 700 km² across a continuous structural corridor, with multiple historical workings and high-grade indicators present across several projects. These include reported drill and historical production results, which provide a basis for modern reinterpretation and systematic testing. GMA is currently in a pre-IPO phase. Work is ongoing to refine targets, validate the geological model, and progress the broader project structure. We will be attending Kerry Stevenson's upcoming Gold Coast Gold Events conference and will be available to discuss the approach and current work program. Any future securities offering will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and through appropriate documentation.

Right now, most of the industry is busy at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada Convention. People are networking, swapping drill results over beers, and arguing about where gold prices are headed in hotel lobbies. Meanwhile, I am conducting a highly technical field programme of strategic lithological foot-to-rock interface testing. In other words, I’m kicking rocks. There are no panel sessions, no booth banners, and no sponsored cocktails, just me and the rocks. On the bright side, the rocks don’t charge registration fees, and the outcrop doesn’t need a lanyard.

Well, I know where I'm staying next time I go to Sydney.
