I fucking hate the “minimum wage is for high schoolers” talking point. A. No it isn’t, that’s historically inaccurate. B. Telling a kid to work hard and earn money the “right” way, then turning around and saying he deserves less just because of his age is bullshit. Pay should be based on performance. Nothing else. If you’re against raising the minimum wage, that’s fine. Make a better argument that isn’t belittling kids trying to work hard and earn something for themselves.

Obviously investors should get paid, but it's usually short term profit instead of overall health of the company's lifetime

Z Broly was intentional, deliberately sadistic, and his backstory is just plain darker and reflects Saiyans being evil & cruel

@dbs_10_10 SS1 Broly was galaxy level, which is far beyond the manga. And even if you want to put them in the same continuity, Goku needed a 1000x power boost to kill him. That's how absurd Broly was that Goku needed a Spirit Bomb level multiplier to win

@ChiChi_Verse Yeah, sure, having a reason like having a kid could make sense, but they're not teenagers and Bulma has issues but never "I'll sleep with the guy who commits genocide for fun" level of issues. Having a realistic reason doesn't work in a situation as exaggerated like this

Honestly, gotta give it to the Shadow Dragon saga because it not only goes back to the roots of hunting for Dragon Balls but also introduced the consequences of these guys using them every other week and treating life and death like a joke. And it makes sense because they definitely weren't made to be used day after day, maybe a century after century thing. So yeah, it's my favorite.
