They dont care. They dont want to set up, they dont want to hit, they dont want to shoot, they let them walk in and do whatever they want. The team they are playing is garbage, and they are playing to their level. Completely unacceptable.

I get not responding to Derek Lalonde. I cannot for the life of me understand why this team can’t respond to Todd McLellan. His comments are typically spot on. At what point can we erase coaching from the list of potential problems? Can these players respond to anybody? #LGRW

Regardless of how the rest of the season plays out, you have to imagine Detroit is going to cut some guys loose this summer.
If your baseline isn't 110% effort when the season is on the line, you have no business being on an NHL roster. Don't blame McLellan for being exasperated
