@united Yes. That’s the link I’m using. All 4 browsers (chrome, safari, arc, and Vivaldi) on 2 macs and an iPhone have the file Terence number greyed out when I try to enter my personal details. So cannot move forward.

Finally got a text after 6 days from @united that they lost my bag. Was told to enter a lost bag claim. But the web page has been strategically greyed out so that I cannot submit a claim. Seriously @united? After all the suffering you have put us through? #Travel #airlines #Claim

@united Yeah. Tried 2 different MacBooks and an iPhone. The File reference number field is greyed out on all those devices and over 4 browsers. Might want your IT team take a look at it please.

Lots of #empathy for the agents and #CustomerService reps who are at the front line handling the meltdown, but it does feel like #customer empathy is lacking
