@DyingBreedTT Greedo already had a weapon pointed at Han, and Han said, "over my dead body" and Greedo said " that's the idea" This was self defense.

Lucas ruined the character development of Han when he changed this.
The story is much more powerful when the scoundrel who murdered Greedo out of self-protection ,then takes the risk of helping Luke in the final Death Star run, because he was leaving but had a change of heart.
The modern audience does not understand redemption and heroism. At all.

@desert_starr_57 To be fair, it's a normal CEO/Corporate thing to do, the fact he's from there is just coincidence IMO. I've lost jobs to outsourcing & technology both.
They don't care, it's numbers on a paper to them, and they want bigger numbers for themselves.

As a child watching He-Man & other shows I knew there was more to it, something felt right. They said & did things in those programs that made me proud to raise my kids on them too.
Now as an adult I am grateful when folks make videos like this one I have linked here & it all clicks. Our media then was better because it had to be, it had to mean something, & the leadership helping to create it was truly remarkable.

@Kneon A lot of it is AI & a lot of it is being outsourced offshore. Plus saturation, everyone already has a phone or whatever they need, & times are tough so people don't buy the new shiny. I keep my tech until it disintegrates.
