THE VA GUN BAN IS DEAD! We have received confirmation directly from the House Veterans Affairs Committee. All names of veterans who were banned from owning firearms for things as simple as requesting financial assistance have been REMOVED from the NICS system! This has been a decades-long fight, but this historic injustice has finally been corrected. Victory!

Gun ranges, once lost, rarely come back. It is an often overlooked front in the fight to protect gun rights. Across the country, people are running out of places to shoot. This is a deeply local fight, driven by constant expansions of county laws and zoning regulations that slowly push shooting spaces out of existence. There is also another idea. Kansas recently passed the Motorsports Venue Protection Act, shielding racetracks from nuisance and noise lawsuits, especially from new developments built nearby. Situations just like this have led to the closure of many ranges. Maybe we should be exploring similar legislation for gun ranges? Give us your thoughts.
