Yes you can and its been established thoroughly in various trials that you can only dish out equal force to that you have received yourself, and running up and punching someone over words is not an excuse just because you were offended, although him shooting someone thar started punching him will also probably not fly unless he is able to prove that he felt as though his life was in danger, and someone simply punching you doesnt warrant you shooting them, so they both fucked up in all actuality, but it was instigated by the one who couldnt control their emotions over words and decided to escalate a verbal altercation into a physical one, if chuds story proves to be true

It doesn’t allow it and not a free pass. It’s your typical actions have consequences. You can’t tell people what they can and can’t be offend by and even worse you can’t tell someone how they can respond to you offending them. This was bound to happen and everyone is lucky to be alive

You’re not legally allowed to assault someone for saying that word, BUT you also can’t go around insulting people on camera and then claim self defense if you shoot them when they swing at you. I think most reasonable people understand the concept of incitement. Most men would swing at another man if they went up and started saying obscene sexual things to their wives.
