@virginmedia That’s useless @virginmedia . I came to X because your call centre team are useless and unable to help with this basic issue. We agreed a renewal - pre contract doc was correct, the contract you then sent has different figures! Just send the correct contract!

So I have to then spend another wasted 60+ minutes on the phone with @virginmedia having a fruitless conversation where the person cannot understand me or assist at all. Finally finish and have no clue what will happen next… other than it won’t be what I expect. Useless.

Spent hours of my life on the phone to @virginmedia and eventually agreed to renew our contract with them despite serious doubts. They send me a pre contract which is correct, then an eContract with entirely different numbers on. Sent from a no reply email of course 🤷‍♂️
