@tvlicensing can't even play by their own rules. 6 months after a No License Needed declaration I'm still regularly getting letters trying to coerce me into getting a licence. Well keep those letters coming - I'm happy to shred them and I'm happy for you to waste your money.

@eripley8 @tvlicensingnews @tvlicensingblog @MartinSLewis Hi, a licence starts on the day you buy it. You’re in advance on the scheme. If you move home, you can update the address. If you no longer need the licence, you can request this be cancelled and claim a refund for any unused months left from the date of cancellation. Thank you.

@tvlicensing @tvlicensingnews @tvlicensingblog @MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis I can't understand this one. I'm paying for the next year's licence. Why don't they set up a subscription like other streaming services but have something like if you sign up you have to remain a subscriber for a year to guarantee a revenue stream.

@tvlicensing so why do your letters hassling me about a TV licence ask me to go to TVs.co.uk/noTV and all it is, is a licence checker. No confirmation that you’ve accepted “my claim” of not watching TV. All further correspondence from you will be ignored.

@tvlicensing could you actually tell me who counts in your department,because your thick as fck,my licence came through saying I i was behind £9 but when you look on back of letter am actually due £21 no wonder people don't pay,thought i was bad a maths,clearly am not that thick

Hi @tvlicensing Please can you tell me how to stop getting reminders about renewing my TV licence? I have no intention of renewing it due to the BBC’s constantly divisive so called news agenda.

@KirstyW98443222 Hi Kirsty, certain questions are asking the occupier to confirm that no live TV or BBC iPlayer is being watched at the property. If no has been selected to all of these questions this would indicate that a licence is required. Thank you.

@tvlicensing received a letter to my place of work. Tried online to complete the I don't need a licence form and even though I answered no to every question- after submitting apparently we still need a licence. I called and you can't speak to a human, online chat no help.
