This winter I joined up with IBJI's Health Performance Institute and couldn't be more excited about the results! I'm able to workout with other varsity level athletes in the Highland Park area which gives me tons of motivation! Also, Coach Kevin and Coach BG are awesome and know how to work with Softball athletes! Definitely started this season with a tough opponent schedule in our first week, but loved the challenge and ended up going 2-1! Unfortunately we didn’t get the W yesterday but had fun on the mound mixing my speeds!
