👀 While we won’t have many announcements this week @CandyDigital , it will nonetheless be a very busy week. Highlights:
1) we are working to get inactive fans re-engaged before the migration and would welcome help from our active fans;🙏
2) I anticipate the Solana migration will begin Monday May 11th and last for a few days;🤞
3) the cutoff date for active fans remains May 20th and I imagine we will announce what our plans are for the assets owned by “inactive fans” and/or dormant accounts and how we will handle them before then;🤞
4) I anticipate that we will relaunch the Candy.io website on June 1st with exciting new functionality including the ability for fans to use their new wallets, have self-custody, and trade their assets on third party secondary markets; 🤞
5) I anticipate that we will launch some new digital assets for fans to acquire in mid-June.🔥
6) on dates that “I anticipate,” bear in mind we are doing a lot very quickly and want to do it superbly well so allow us a little wiggle room please to make sure our speed sacrifices no quality service for our fans.
Overall as we promised, the migration is the foundation, not the finish line.
In summary, behind the scenes the team and I will be working very hard to push @CandyDigital up and to the right for our fans!🔥💪📈
There's been a lot of talk about Portland facilitating a Giannis trade by giving the Bucks their picks back. I just want to set an actual valuation for those picks. Below are the players I would actually be willing to trade those picks for if I were Portland:
All three picks (23): Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, Victor Wembanyama, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Anthony Edwards, Cade Cunningham, Luka Doncic, Scottie Barnes, Donovan Mitchell, Jalen Brunson, Evan Mobley, Tyrese Maxey, VJ Edgecombe, Jalen Johnson, Kon Knueppel, Brandon Miller, Jalen Williams, Chet Holmgren, Stephon Castle, Dylan Harper, Amen Thompson, Alperen Sengun, Cooper Flagg
Two picks (11): Jayson Tatum (all three if not for Achilles), Tyrese Haliburton (same as Tatum), Jaylen Brown, Jalen Duren, Deni Avdija (if he was on another team), Stephen Curry, Trey Murphy, Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, Bam Adebayo, Lauri Markkanen
One pick (29): OG Anunoby, Mikal Bridges, Jaden McDaniels, Ausar Thompson, Derrick White, Darius Garland, Jaylon Tyson, Anthony Black, Desmond Bane, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Matas Buzelis, LaMelo Ball, Alex Sarr, Egor Demin, Pascal Siakam, Cason Wallace, Ajay Mitchell, Tari Eason, Reed Sheppard, Austin Reaves, Jaren Jackson Jr., Cedric Coward, Ivica Zubac, Ace Bailey, Derik Queen, Herb Jones, Jamal Murray, Devin Booker, De'Aaron Fox.
Aaron Gordon, Jalen Suggs and Zach Edey missed out just because of durability concerns.
To be absolutely clear about this, this is explicitly referring to how many unprotected Bucks picks between 2028 and 2030 I would be willing to trade for each of these players. Just because I would only be willing to trade one BUCKS pick for those guys in the last category doesn't mean I would only be willing to trade one pick, period. But those Bucks picks are so intrinsically valuable that the gap between giving up one and giving up two is enormous. Obviously overall trade value can vary meaningfully within that last group especially, but really within any of them. The last group is just the threshold of guys I'd considering giving up one Bucks pick for. Anyone not listed there, I'm not open to giving up a Bucks pick to get.
@ESPNNBA@BobbyMarks42@BobbyMarks42 You forgot to include that the Blazers own the Orlando Magic’s 2028 First Round Pick (unprotected) in their Draft Assets.
Statement from Chauncey Billups’ attorney who handled today’s arraignment. One sidenote: League source says it’s not yet clear who will be representing him in New York for the actual case.
Anyone have a favorite text to speech ap that they like that doesn't incorporate the source text into part of a LLM? Considering Speechify, Voice Dream Reader, NaturalReader, etc. but pouring over Terms and Conditions is a lot.
@ryanjamesmurphy Your article mentions that "Oregon's balanced offense, led by senior guard Chris Duarte, has been effective this season." @c_duarte5 hasn't played for the @GoDucks since 2021. Is the rest of your article that void of checking as well? #moot#NCAATournament predictions?

Here’s an explanation of the actual market wide criminal conspiracy that GameStop exposed
and how and why short sellers could actually blow up the entire global economy.
