Brett Harrison, while CFO at FTX, lied on a You tube live stream about GME and AMC tokens being backed 1 for 1 by real shares. He should have known that was impossible, since the amount of Token issued exceeded the share count for both companies. Later, when every other FTX executive fact criminal charges, Brett somehow wasn't even subpoenaed. Likely because before FTX he was chef Algo trade programmer at Citadel, and before that he started at Jane Street, who the real hidden boss of this mess. He likely got immunity for helping sell the Ledger X sub of FTX, which had the perpetual swap business, which is how all the risk was hidden away and the can kicked.
