Like I sad, the DDR4 is cheaper than DDR5. I was just looking up a minipc yesterday on Amazon that had a 14th gen intel cpu, 16gb DDR4 and a 1tb NVME for $399.

Even with the memory prices being so high right now, you can still grab 32gb DDR4 for around $200. Pair that with a 5700G or something and you can even game a bit. Thats basic.
