@AzBobbyl @StephenPG3 100%. A “medium 3” young core that is a guard, forward & a big is the perfect formula. Only ONE supermax player in Shai (MVP). They just signed Chet & Jalen to thrifty 5 yr rookie max extensions (~$47M/yr).
Presti has until 2031 before they’re both UFAs & will be very expensive
English

@GTU052012 @StephenPG3 SGA, Chet and probably Jaylen W are the players he probably builds around. Everybody else will be used as chess pieces each offseason. Masterful.
English

Definitely has seemed that way, but you make your own luck & they've taken advantage of teams misvaluing talent + betting on teams downfalls down the line.
Very calculated & intentional process from Presti & company — while developing in-house talent.
Class of the league man.

@StephenPG3 It’s almost like the thunder have all the NBA gods behind them since the trade for Shai
English

@AzBobbyl @StephenPG3 Yep develop homegrown talent then as soon as a contract gets a lil too pricey trade them for picks. I was surprised by the McCain acquisition. But he got a high level player for cheap.
They are running into the enviable issue of having too many picks. Can’t dev them all
English

@GTU052012 @StephenPG3 I kept thinking "when is Sam going to push the draft picks for players" but he did the opposite, would take on a contract for a pick, just getting picks. Even a guy like Topic is just getting healthy. Sorber like you mention. He will trade Hartenstein, LoDort - keep it going
English

@AzBobbyl @StephenPG3 Yea Sorber right? They straight up heisted a legit future starting PG(RoY candidate) Jared McCain & they have the chance to draft Yaxel Lendeborg this year smh
English

@StephenPG3 Presti should literally teach a college course because going back to 2019. He has had a vision. Patient owner too. They deserve the success. The G’town center is on IR this year too
English

@BrendanPHX He should be the FIRST free agent offered a contract this offseason.💰 Sorry Collin & Mark
English

@GeraldBourguet Happy for him!…& the Suns org. If he can even perform 50% of this output(with 10% less efficiency) next series he’ll fully revive his league-wide postseason reputation

@GeraldBourguet He low key helped us out. Bailed us out on some dumbass Book passes which should have been TOs
English

No carryover. Only up 5 now after a 17-point second quarter.
Kellan Olson@KellanOlson
Suns found their ball movement and the Warriors are 1-for-9 from 3. Up 18. Great first quarter, but we know the issue lately has been carryover. Get some here in the second quarter and this thing could get out of hand (in a good way for the Suns).
English

@GeraldBourguet The offense really gets slow & anemic for long periods of games.
A serious lack of offensive playmakers & go-to inside scoring when the 3s aren’t falling
English

@StephenPG3 Hopefully he plays better than he normally does after returning from injury. There ain’t no time to warm up
English

@SUNSWORLDWIDE_ True. But due to the CBA he couldn’t have gotten as much as we paid him
English

@layton_kc @DarthVoita @ZakMarcinNBA True. Since before the ASG we really slowed the tempo for some reason. Coincided with our worse execution
English

@DarthVoita @ZakMarcinNBA Feels like they go into some wierd “milk the clock” iso offense that results in easy stops for the defense and transition wide open corner 3s for the opposing offense. Bad recipe for closing out games.
English

@OIOOIlOO____ @LegendaryBooker Khaman and Sheer need to take leaps next year
English

Literally zero rim protection on the floor against a team who only scores by attacking the rim Jordan Ott is the dumbest man alive 😂
Hoop Central@TheHoopCentral
DENI AVDIJA CLUTCH. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I’m being serious btw. Drop some Suns related suggestions
Book’em@dbookownsyou
What should I rebrand to? I can’t defend this guy anymore.
