I know he still wouldn’t be World #1 if tennis was always indoors, but man he’d probably have won a slam at some point. It’s a fun hypothetical for sure.

It is an anomaly though. I believe 8 of his 9 career titles are indoor hard court. (Ferrer loved Clay Court but only 13 of his 27 titles were clay.) At this point I’m sure he’d make every slam fully indoor if he could. #FAA

Before the injuries Hyeon Chung was a real problem! Top 20 player back in 2018. Hard to believe he is only 29 now. 8 years ago he SF the Australian Open. Beating Medvedev, Zverev, & Djokovic on the way to the SF.

Most impressive stat of that 2nd set is that after winning 1/8 2nd serve points on his own serve in the first set, Carlos won 6/6 2nd serve points in the 2nd set.
