@on_lothianbuses @staceywalker124 As above - your public response fails to address the fact that there are legitimate reasons why this may have happened, which lets the casual observer form the view that the driver is automatically in the wrong. If this is how they're treated, no wonder you've had shortages.

@Pam60202731 @on_lothianbuses Bus pass is gone. When / if it emerges from the coin vault it's likely to be in several pieces. You need to contact the provider to get a replacement. This should have been explained at the time.

@on_lothianbuses Hello can someone please let me know what has happened to my bus pass? I accidentally dropped it down the money hop, I was given a concession for seven days but it expired on Sunday. My main source of transport is by bus as I’m registered disabled.

@on_lothianbuses @staceywalker124 Please also explain to the OP that not all buses are configured to accommodate 2 x wheelchairs instead of leaving it to the general public to do so.

Disappointing that it's left to a member of the public to explain this instead of LB twitter person.

@staceywalker124 @on_lothianbuses 1) Depends on the type of bus involved - latest deliveries (21/71 plate) have 2 spaces that are suitable for wheelchairs, having proper safety barriers mounted; other earlier buses are to the older configuration where the 2nd space is not suitable to safely position a wheelchair>

@emmaroo74 @on_lothianbuses Because if they just 'let the 2 buses run,' the late one would never get a chance to recover its time and there would be an ongoing gap in the service.

@on_lothianbuses the 4pm 38 at RIE was late. It turned up 4.15pm. Next bus due 4.20pm. Get to Cameron Toll and we are all herded off onto the bus behind. Why? The bus is now full and can’t take anymore passengers. If you’d let the 2 buses run all would good!

@jashamilton2 @on_lothianbuses There's a bit of a clue right there, above the windscreen. Also repeated on the side adjacent to the door, and the rear between the decks.
