This whole “Bonkfun isn’t organic but Pumpfun is” narrative is some of the most brain-rotting nonsense I’ve seen in 5+ years of web3. Forget the launchpad war for a minute and let’s talk memecoin markets. No major memecoin token has ever gone parabolic without KOLs, whales, cabals, bundlers, or market makers pushing it. Not one. Some projects have a few of these players, some have all. As long as humans are human, this won’t change, no matter what launchpad you use. If you think Pumpfun isn’t seeding their own plays, bundling, paying KOLs, or using their war chest to pump tokens, you’re delusional. The “organic” label is just marketing bullshit. Organic score, insider %, bubblemaps, etc can all be gamed with cheap, existing tech. These days, you can make a token look perfectly clean, with perfect chart, perfect wallets, and still have it be fully manufactured behind the scenes. Deployers can make a token look so perfectly “organic” that they’ll actually add a tiny 2% insider bag just to make it look more believable. Your favorite KOL trashing Bonkfun knows exactly how inorganic this whole space is, including Pumpfun because they’re actively part of what makes it that way. Maybe you don’t see the mechanics behind the curtain, or maybe you just don’t want to, but you can’t name a single big runner that didn’t have insider capital, some coordination, or market-making involved. Rigged games aren’t new. It’s the same power dynamics you see in global finance, but with memes and JPEGs instead of stocks, bonds or tax funds. Anyone telling you Bonkfun is fake but Pumpfun is pure is either getting paid, farming engagement, or just selling drama to sheep. All major runners are engineered. “Organic” is a fairy tale for the retail crowd. Don’t trust the surface. Doubt me if you want. Stay safe out there. Love you all.
