Today, Hon. @adriandix , Minister of Energy and Climate Solutions, Charlotte Mitha, our President and CEO, and @G_Anderson1, MLA for Nanaimo-Lantzville, announced that we’re advancing clean energy with four new wind projects in northern B.C. and the southern Interior. Selected through the 2025 call for power, these projects will support jobs, investment, long-term growth across province, and deliver enough clean electricity to power 350,000 homes. As B.C. updates our Hydrogen Strategy, I’m meeting with leaders across the province. B.C. has the clean power, talent, and innovation to lead in #hydrogen. Great to visit @UBC’s Smart Hydrogen Energy District, where solar and hydro help produce hydrogen through electrolysis.

In the entire BC Legislature only MLA Rohini Aurora is enough of a Woke Scold to twist a conversation about men's mental health into an excuse to invoked "toxic masculinity" and "the patriarchy." Get this woman a hobby ASAP!

Violent crime is going down in communities across B.C. — and that’s not by chance. Focused, coordinated work between police, prosecutors, and supervision teams is helping to manage repeat violent offenders and reduce harm. Targeted enforcement and intensive case management are making a real difference on the ground. But we know there’s more to do. That’s why we’re expanding this approach to tackle property crime and street disorder — with targeted enforcement for prolific offenders and new integrated teams to better coordinate supports, accountability, and supervision. We will keep doing the work — making sure communities like Nanaimo have the support they need to feel safer.

Mining isn’t just a rural BC story — it’s a Metro Vancouver story too. With $88 BN in proposed major projects, this study shows the enormous economic opportunity ahead. Through BC’s Look West strategy, we’re getting shovels in the ground and creating good-paying jobs across BC.

BC went from having some of the highest auto insurance rates in Canada to some of the lowest. Keeping insurance rates stable is one of the ways we're working to help people manage their day-to-day budgets.

No one should ever be allowed to stand in the BC Legislature to use Nazi rhetoric to argue a point. This a line that should never be crossed. Every party should immediately denounce this abhorrent comment.

Comparisons to "blood and soil" are inappropriate and minimize the memories of victims and lived experiences of survivors of the Holocaust and Nazi ideology. While lively debate is expected, @TaraArmstrongBC clearly crossed a line and must retract her comments immediately.
