@IKEACanada my king sized mattress was delivered a month ago and the mattress cover was partially ripped because the plastic wrap was fused to the mattress. Was told that I had to report it within 7 days, but I don’t see that on your return policy.Where is this?Very disappointed.

@IKEACanada I purchased my kivik sofa with the intention to change the sofa cover for a new look as advertised . After two attempts to change said cover and prompting your customer service rep, I was finally informed that the sizing had changed over the years .
