I restart their anticoagulation on day 2 and then continue it when they return for the venogram. #jvscittweetchat

Not all patients can get to high-volume centers, but incomplete treatment can cause severe long-term symptoms. #jvscittweetchat

I know A/V TOS are more commonly "accepted" by surgeons, but NTOS is where the team that coalesces around volume really shines. #jvscittweetchat
