If anyone doubted that the whole charade about Constitution Amendment Bill 3 was an @edmnangagwa project, one has to look at ED's reaction to Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission report on the public consultations on the #CAB3. After releasing a true assessment of the violent nature with which the #CAB3 consultations were held, @edmnangagwa responds by firing the Chaiperson of the Commission. That's exactly why #CAB3 should be resisted. If there are any changes that need to be done to the constitution, it should involve the selection of chapter 12 commissions and their chairpersons. The President should have nothing to do with personnel appointed to these commissions. It should be a parliamentary process divorced from the executive.
