Major updates on the RABIES preprint are out doi.org/10.1101/2022.0…! In this work by @gadevenyi, @grandjeanlab, @mallarchkrvrty1 and I, we introduce the RABIES pipeline (github.com/CoBrALab/RABIES), our effort in offering standardized tools for the rodent fMRI community.

Next, we took a deep dive into data quality divergences between sites to develop a rodent-adapted toolkit for data quality assessment. With these tools, we provide recommendations for designing confound correction models, and for quality control prior to connectivity analysis.
