@virginmedia We have done this every time it plays up and advised to by your customer service team. We have also had two new boxes installed. And it is still not a good enough service and I was told I was not allowed to speak to a manager on the phone.

@GabsPearson I am sorry to hear this Gabs. Can I ask if you've tried a pinhole reset of your hub? It essentially takes your hub back to factory settings, but clears most issues. ^LS

@virginmedia WiFi has to be the worst service possible, have had it 4 months and have been on the phone over 10 times about the no/poor signal. If you’re a student don’t choose to go with them!

@virginmedia Constantly drops through the day, and when 1 device is connected it is still dropping even when you are sitting next to the box.
