A Nursing Diagnosis enables the team to explore & draw an appropriate Nursing Care Plan for the patient. This plan informs even the placement of the patient in the unit. Or do the good MOs & COs think that patients are just allocated the bed they lie on randomly?

This's how I arrived at my internship centre 4 years ago 😂. I only bought a mattress that could later be a playing field that night . I treasure my female friends 🫂. We didn't even have neither a bulb nor a pillow in that room .

I worked in Nairobi hospital for one month (pre-internship) and I never saw these Coctors even in OPD. I asked one ER staff why there are no COs. She told me they don't do "half-baked" providers!!

I’ve been watching these MedTL wars all day, but let’s finally put this to an end. Here is the undisputed hierarchy: MOs (Medical Officers) BScNs The Cyanosed Babes (KMTC grads) 💀 COs (Clinical Officers) holding down the fort Jokes aside, the medical field is a synchronized system. No department runs in a silo, and we all need each other to achieve the common goal of patient care. Let’s drop the TL beef and get back to the wards
