Today a patient came with this as an Ultrasound report. Apparently, a coctor told the patient that they don't need another test and this is diagnostic for PUD. Mind you this is just lifted from Google. Coctors, Coctors, Coctors, how many times have I called you.

I recently sat in on a discussion between them, including a paediatric cardiology consultant, and learned so much on cardio. Consultants and MOs are truly in a league of their own @Silas17268

I worked in Nairobi hospital for one month (pre-internship) and I never saw these Coctors even in OPD. I asked one ER staff why there are no COs. She told me they don't do "half-baked" providers!!
