When I became a Tottenham die-hard more than a decade ago, I was sure as hell that by today we’d be winning trophies. Today I realized the feeling u get when your team barely survives relegation last minute, has something in common with winning a trophy: a deep breath at last 🥹

@GadKwizera_ You’re welcome, and thank you for your interest! Yes, if you have a BK account, you can make a direct transfer to RNIT’s BK account. Please remember to include your RIF account number in “Description/Reference” field of the transfer so we can easily credit your investment.

@rnit_Rwanda is a great resource that many people can benefit from. However, the charges applied when saving remain quite high: 1.18% per transaction. For example: - Saving 500,000 RWF → 5,900 RWF fee - 100,000 RWF → 1,180 RWF - 60,000 RWF → 708 RWF ⬇️

@rnit_Rwanda Thanks for your prompt response! I wasn’t aware of the bank transfer option. If I have a BK account, can I simply make a direct transfer to your BK account and that’s it? Many thanks!

@GadKwizera_ Thank you for the feedback. We’re aware of 1.18% MoMo fee and are working with partners to find a solution. Investors can also save in RNIT-Iterambere Fund through bank transfer services, which are fully supported and available. We appreciate your support.

@rnit_Rwanda This adds up significantly, especially for users who save a lot of money. To better incentivize savings, transactions could ideally be free. If that’s not feasible, the fees could at least be aligned with MoMo charges. This is something worth reviewing and improving.

Shedding light on the Rwandan concept of UBWENGE, which racists are manipulating and distorting. Supporters of Congolese General Sylvain Ekenge are relentlessly attacking him on social media, attempting to exonerate him for his hate speech targeting the Tutsi ethnic group, which he delivered publicly on DRC state television in his capacity as spokesperson for the FARDC (Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo). To this end, racists are deliberately distorting the Rwandan cultural concept of UBWENGE, which signifies intelligence in Rwandan custom and tradition, giving it a negative connotation, suggesting that Rwandans use the notion of UBWENGE to lie. This is the same lie that was spread a few years ago by the infamous French denier Pierre Péan. These racists supporting General Ekenge are falsely claiming that UBWENGE in Rwandan custom signifies malice or hypocrisy, which is fundamentally untrue. Malice and hypocrisy have their meaning "uburyarya, uburiganya", never ubwenge in that sense. Ubwenge is a positive value in our culture that educates children from a young age towards supreme intelligence and brilliance above all else. Rwandans express this positive value of Ubwenge in numerous proverbs, five of which I will mention below: 1) Ubwenge buheze mu nda burabora = Intelligence kept in the belly rots. Meaning: Possessing knowledge alone, or expertise in a particular field without sharing it with others, is a sterile acquisition. Only what is shared germinates and bears fruit. 2) Ubwenge burarahurwa = Knowledge is acquired through training and observation. 3) Ubwenge buva hasi = Intelligence starts from the ground up. This Rwandan proverb is the equivalent of another well-known French proverb that Belgians taught us in secondary school: "Aux âmes bien nées, la valeur n’attend pas le nombre des années= To noble souls, worth does not wait for the number of years." 4) Ubwenge bw’umwe buratuba = The intelligence of one person alone is always insufficient. Its equivalent in French is "Du choc des idées jaillit la lumière" (From the clash of ideas springs light). 5) Ubwenge si ubugingo, umupfumu ntiyapfuye = Intelligence is not health, otherwise the diviner would not die. This means that no human means, not even those of diviners or doctors whom people believe to be all-knowing, can ever overcome death. Diviners and doctors are all subject to the implacable law of death. This is what is said in the Rwandan language, "Imbere y’urupfu twese turareshya" (Before death, we are all equal). May these examples help people of good faith not to succumb to imposters who, in order to spread their anti-Rwandan hatred, fabricate lies about the concept of UBWENGE, distorting its meaning for hateful and denialist purposes. Happy end of 2025 and happy new year 2026.

Meanwhile the "FDLR is a spent force" argument fails to understand this isn't about its size. If a core group of Nazi orchestrators of the Holocaust fled to Poland & rearmed, no one would've said, "Oh but it's only a few of them." #FDLR's mere existence is the problem. 2/2

@trynnagerrit Not really … He doesn’t seem like it’s where he goes everyday, but even if he does, if that’s where his pocket can afford (our rappers are not rich), one can only criticize him if he demonstrates questionable behavior. Kandi ubu ari J Cole we would be singing humility things Hhh
