frozen mixed veggies (nuke in microwave) skinless boneless chicken thighs (portion then freeze ziploc bags then nuke in airfryer) air chips (any chips that are puffed up and mostly air so you can eat the whole bag and not feel bad) chocolate pudding cups (there’s zero sugar ones) those asian zero cal jellies yogurt (i like gogurt) sourdough (yum make sandwich) cheese for da sandwich giant ass rice bag dijon mustard ketchup sriracha chili oil/chili crisps seaweed (in the giant ass packs) cereal turkey bacon i love makimg breakfast sandwiches so get crumpets zero sugar lemonade frozen portioned salmon (nuke in airfryer) everything but the bagel seasoning (add this to everything) trader joe’s salmon seasoning cajun seasoning frozen shrimp and mexican cauliflower rice from tj’s is so gas with tortillas and authentic salsa costco has good stuff too like amylu chicken burgers, bone broth powder (just add hot water), frozen cod, frozen bao buns, lots of nukable stuff okay this is usually what i keep in inventory sorry i went kinda ham
